The rules for using our site, buying our products and enrolling on our courses.
1. Who we are & how to contact us
This website (malekdridihairandbeauty.com) is operated by Malek Dridi Hair & Beauty, trading as NøoksPro, based at 58 Love Street, Paisley, PA3 2DY, Scotland. You can reach us at hello@malekdridihairandbeauty.com.
2. Placing an order
When you submit an order you're making an offer to buy. We accept your offer only once we've emailed you an order confirmation. If any item is unexpectedly out of stock we'll refund you in full within 5 working days. Prices and product descriptions are shown in £ (GBP) and include any applicable VAT.
3. Payment
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Depending on your order and location you may be offered Card, Klarna, Clearpay / Afterpay and Link at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
4. Delivery
Physical items are dispatched from Paisley, Scotland within 3–5 working days of order. Standard UK delivery is £4.95 (free over £50). International delivery is currently unavailable. Once your parcel is with the carrier, delivery times are outside our control but we'll help however we can if anything goes wrong.
5. Digital products
Digital products (Hair Extension Essentials Bundle, digital guides) are delivered instantly by secure download link after successful payment. Links stay active for 30 days and allow up to 5 downloads per file. By purchasing a digital product you agree that we start supplying it immediately, which means you waive your 14-day right of cancellation for that item under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
6. Hair extension products
Every extension bundle we sell is genuine 100% Remy human hair. Photos and colour charts are as accurate as we can make them but hair tone can appear different on-screen depending on lighting and your device. For a personal shade recommendation please use our free Colour Match Consultation before ordering. For hygiene reasons opened / unpackaged / used hair extensions cannot be returned once the security seal has been broken — this is a statutory exemption under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. 7. Courses & Academy
Our Academy courses are run by Malek Dridi Hair & Beauty. See our separate Course Terms & Conditions for enrolment, cancellation, IP and behaviour rules that apply to all students.
8. Trade Accounts
Approved trade partners receive an automatic 15% discount on eligible NøoksPro hair extension products. See our separate Trade Account Terms for full eligibility criteria and the discount scope.
9. Bookings and salon services
In-salon appointments are booked through Ovatu. All appointments require a 50% booking fee to secure the slot. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice forfeit the booking fee.
10. Intellectual property
All copy, photographs, video, brand marks and PDF materials on this site remain the property of Malek Dridi Hair & Beauty / NøoksPro. You may not copy, share, sell or redistribute any content, digital download or course material without prior written permission.
11. Limits on our liability
Nothing in these Terms limits any legal rights you have as a consumer. We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us, but we're not liable for indirect losses or losses that were not foreseeable. Where you buy for business purposes our maximum liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the item in question.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts. If you're a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK you retain the benefit of any mandatory local consumer protections.
